AI Copywriter welcomes you with an easy-to-use, intuitive dashboard. The dashboard consists of a few panels, each providing quick access to the application functions.
1. All Products Tab
This tab displays a list of your store's products. You can search products by keyword and filter by category.
Clicking on a product's name reveals product details modal dialog.
This dialog displays a summary of the current status of product and meta descriptions and allows you to generate AI content manually.
You can switch between "Product Description" and "Meta Description" by clicking on the tabs.
1.1 Content Generation (Manual Trigger)
Product Description
With the product details modal dialog is open and product description tab is selected, click the "Generate" button and wait for the operation to complete.
In a few seconds, the product description will be ready.
You can edit the description, generate another one or Publish it using the buttons below the "AI Content". Clicking the publish button replaces the storefront content with the AI generated content.
You can restore original content by clicking the "Revert" button.
Meta Description
With the product details modal dialog is open and meta description tab is selected, click the "Generate" button and wait for the operation to complete.
In a few seconds, the meta description will be ready.
You can edit the meta description, generate another one or Publish it using the buttons below the "AI Content". Clicking the publish button replaces the storefront content with the AI generated content.
You can restore original content by clicking the "Revert" button.
1.2 Batch Content Generation (Manual Trigger)
The app allows you to generate content for multiple products at once. You can trigger batch content generation by toggling on the checkboxes near the products, and then clicking "Batch Generate Descriptions" button.
Clicking the button reveals "batch generate descriptions" dialog, where you can choose to generate product and/or meta descriptions.
1.3 Automated Content Generation
Automation Settings panel on the right side of the page allows you to configure automated content generation in a simple way.
Toggling on "Automated Product Descriptions" and/or "Automated Meta Descriptions" makes AI Copywriter to work in background to generate product and/or meta descriptions for your store. With these settings on, the app will periodically check your products, generate and publish content if necessary.
Automated product description settings allows you to choose among three options:
Generate description if empty: If checked, the app will generate description for a product if there is no existing description.
Generate description if too short: If checked, the app will generate description for a product if the existing description is too short. A product description is considered too short if it is less than 50 words.
Overwrite existing descriptions: If checked, the app will unconditionally generate a descriptions for a product.
Automated meta description settings allows you to choose among three options:
Generate meta description if empty: If checked, the app will generate description for a product if there is no existing description.
Generate meta description if too short: If checked, the app will generate description for a product if the existing description is too short. A product description is considered too short if it is less than 50 words.
Overwrite existing meta descriptions: If checked, the app will generate meta descriptions for all the products even if it has a meta description.
2. AI-Modified Products Tab
This tab displays a list of the products for which the AI has generated content. You can search products by keyword and filter by category.
The AI-generated content might be published or unpublished. The status columns shows this information.
Clicking on a product's name reveals the product details modal dialog where you can publish, edit or revert AI-generated content.
3. Subscription Panel
Subscription panel is on the top right side of the dashboard. Clicking the 'Upgrade' button will take you to plan upgrade page.
If you are upgrading from FREE plan to a paid plan, you will be asked to provide payment information. AI Copywriter partners with Paddle to securely process payments.
4. Getting Help
You can search through help articles or submit a support ticket by clicking the 'Help' button on the right bottom corner of pages.
